The Royal Barbados Police Force is seeking the assistance of the public in locating Kiastan Hallen Clarke, who is considered to be armed and dangerous. Clarke, 27, of 2nd Avenue, Green Hill, St Michael, is also known as “Notchy”. Police said Clarke has a brown complexion and is slimly built. “He has a flat forehead, small ears, small brown eyes, a bulbous nose and thick mouth.” He has tattoos, including …
