Police: 3 injured in two shootings Tuesday evening in York City

Three men were wounded during two shootings that happened simultaneously Tuesday evening in York City, according to police.
Those followed a separate shooting Tuesday morning in the city, police said.
A 19-year-old and a 21-year-old suffered injuries that are not considered life threatening in a shooting about 6 p.m. in the 900 block of Heiges Avenue, according to a York City Police news release.
The men were taken to WellSpan York Hospital before police arrived, according to the release.
A 29-year-old man also suffered nonlife-threatening injuries in a separate, simultaneous shooting Tuesday, according to police.

YORK, Pa. York Police are looking for help in locating a suspect vehicle in a shooting that occurred in the city Tuesday morning.
Police say the vehicle, a black 2010 Ford Fusion with Pennsylvania registration KZE-2191, is connected to the shooting of a 26-year-old male victim on the 500 block of North Pershing Avenue. The victim was shot at about 9:59 a.m., police say, and is being treated at a local hospital for multiple gunshot wounds.
The suspect or suspects in the vehicle should be considered armed and dangerous, according to police. Residents are advised not to approach the vehicle or anyone involved with it, but instead should call York Police at (717) 849-2204 or (717) 846-1234 or email abaez@yorkcity.org.
1 hospitalized after morning shooting in York

One person was injured in a Tuesday morning shooting on a York street, dispatchers said.
York County dispatch said a man took themselves to the hospital after a 10 a.m. shooting on the 500 block of North Pershing Avenue.
WGAL said witnesses told them the scene sounded like a war zone because of the number of bullets being exchanged. North Pershing Avenue was cordoned off after the shooting, the WGAL report said a Nissan Altima at the scene was riddled with bullets.
No information on the extent of the man’s injuries was immediately available.

YORK COUNTY, Pa. One person was injured following a shooting in York City on Saturday morning, police said.
At around 10:37 a.m., authorities received reports of shots fired in the area of Cottage Hill Road and North Pershing Avenue. Police were then advised of a shooting victim who had been dropped off at an area hospital.
Police say they identified a 23-year-old man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
