A baby and two adults were injured in a north Minneapolis shooting Monday afternoon.
According to Minneapolis police, the shooting was reported just before 4 p.m. near the 1800 block of North Lowry Avenue. Police found no one at the scene, but learned a short time later that two adults had transported themselves and an infant to North Memorial Medical Center with non-critical gunshot wounds.
Police initially said the baby suffered injuries from broken glass and that it was not shot, but later found out that the infant did suffer bullet fragment injuries to the hands.
