CROMWELL With the new public works/WPCA building now occupied, town officials are going back to see what they can do three older buildings that used to house the two departments.
Town Engineer Jon Harriman has issued a request for proposals for a company to conduct a feasibility/space needs study of the former Water Pollution Control Authority garage, the mechanics garage and the former Public Works garage, located at 20 James Martin Drive.
