　　他继续说道，成本推动是指化肥等农资价格涨幅较大，人工成本、土地成本刚性上升，对粮食价格形成支撑。在三大主粮中，玉米受生猪产能恢复的影响，去年下半年以来价格上涨幅度较大，虽然对稻谷小麦市场有一定带动，但口粮上涨总体上是较为温和的。　　今年1月至6月，玉米产区批发均价每斤1.39元，比去年上半年均价上涨44%，比去年下半年均价涨20%，长势开始趋缓。稻谷、小麦均价同比涨幅都在10%以下，涨幅较为有限，其中粳稻、普通小麦均价分别比去年下半年涨了1.5%和5.5%。　　随着夏粮丰收上市以及玉米和高粱、大麦等替代品进口到港量的增加，今年秋粮收获前中国玉米市场供给是有保障的，价格高位趋稳的可能性较大，但也要防范国际粮价大幅波动带来的传导影响。由于今年玉米播种面积明显增加，东北、华北主产区气象�
