农业农村部市场与信息化司副司长 宋丹阳:近年来，我国粮食生产连年丰收，库存总体高位，市场运行基本平稳。今年粮食价格受需求拉动和成本推动，呈恢复性上涨的走势。需求拉动是指由于新冠疫情防控有力，宏观经济恢复形势良好，粮食下游深加工、饲用等需求旺盛；成本推动是指化肥等农资价格涨幅较大，人工成本、土地成本刚性上升，对粮食价格形成支撑。在三大主粮中，玉米受生猪产能恢复的影响，去年下半年以来价格上涨幅度较大，虽然对稻谷小麦市场有一定带动，但口粮上涨总体上是较为温和的。
今年1-6月，玉米产区批发均价每斤1.39元，比去年上半年均价上涨44%，比去年下半年均价涨20%，长势开始趋缓。稻谷、小麦均价同比涨幅都在10%以下，涨幅较为有限，其中粳稻、普通小麦均价分别比去年下半年涨了1.5%和5.5%。�
