If there s no passion, there s no business : Bodybuilding champion Ia Anspach to open Fit World in Victorville Victorville Daily Press Ia Anspach  a 58-year-old businesswoman, bodybuilder and fitness trainer from Spring Valley Lake believes hard work pays off because has seen the results while making her own dreams come true. Anspach said she hopes her latest dream will come to fruition by July when she plans to opens her Fit World center inside the building that formerly occupied 24 Hour Fitness on the corner of Bear Valley Road and Seventh Avenue in Victorville. Previously located in the Food 4 Less shopping center for decades, 24 Hour Fitness closed in June 2020. It was one of 100 company clubs nationwide that permanently shuttered that year due to bankruptcy and after the COVID-19 pandemic forced gyms to close for months, the Daily Press reported.
