Plymouth State University sends off Class of 2021
May 12, 2021PLYMOUTH For the first time since 1968, Plymouth State University (PSU) celebrated its undergraduate commencement ceremony on the lawn in front of iconic Mary Lyon Hall. The 150th Anniversary Commencement on Saturday, May 8, celebrated PSU s classes of 2020 and 2021, honoring graduates who will be forever distinguished by their fortitude and dedication. Graduate and doctorate degrees for the classes of 2020 and 2021 were awarded in a separate ceremony on Friday evening, May 7, in the same location.
The graduating classes were joined by members of the PSU faculty and staff, and distinguished guests. Due to ongoing concerns around the pandemic, the ceremonies were live-streamed for graduates family and friends.

KARACHI: Due to the increasing cases of corona in the country and lack of preparation in some provinces regarding the method of examinations, only Class-X and Class-XII examinations and Class-IX and Class-XI students for promotion in the next classes are being considered.
An online meeting of the Steering Committee of the IBCC was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Dr Nazim Jiva, Chairman of Aga Khan Board and Head of the Steering Committee. Secretary IBCC Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah, Chairman Intermediate Board Karachi Dr Saeeduddin, Chairperson of Sargodha Board of Education Dr Kausar Raees, Chairman of Kohat Board Dr Shaukat Hayat and Chairman of Federal Board Dr Qaiser Alam participated in the meeting.
