OSU-Tulsa and Tulsa Community College announced a new partnership Tuesday to help students earn their two- and four-year degrees in downtown Tulsa.
OSU-Tulsa President Dr. Pamela Fry said College Park builds on the two schools’ LinkeDegree program, which shows students how to get from TCC enrollment to an OSU bachelor’s degree. This is the difference between having a map to show how to reach a destination and having a navigator in the front seat with you making sure you don’t take the wrong turn, Fry said.
TCC President Dr. Leigh Goodson said the goal is increasing local access to bachelor’s degrees.

A new federally supported vaccination site will open later this month in Tulsa, providing up to 21,000 doses a week for eight weeks, the White House and Oklahoma officials announced Friday.
The site on the northeast campus of Tulsa Community College will be focused on providing access to communities at a high risk of exposure for COVID-19. As we continue to administer the COVID-19 vaccine in our community, it’s important to ensure equitable access for those who have been disproportionately affected by the virus, Dr. Bruce Dart, the executive director of the Tulsa Health Department, said in a statement. The addition of a temporary community vaccination center located in north Tulsa will increase opportunities for residents to receive the vaccine.
