New York, NY For over the past year, comedians have had to take to Zoom or other streaming services to make audiences laugh online. But for some of New York’s funniest stand-up comedians, they finally had the opportunity to perform in front of an in-person audience thanks to the Greats of Craft’s very first open mic night.
Terms of the special permit
The Richmond Select Board has given provisional approval for a two-year special permit for Ice House Hill Farm to host seasonal weddings. Among the conditions:
⢠A maximum of four events this year;
⢠A 9:30 p.m. conclusion for weddings;
⢠Sound limitations;
⢠Traffic controls requiring a westbound entry, turning left into the property from East Road and exiting by turning right;
⢠An officer to control departing traffic;
⢠A maximum of 175 people and 125 vehicles;
⢠Compliance with Board of Health regulations;
⢠Trash removal by a private contractor;
⢠No live music;
⢠Events only on Friday night, Saturday night or Sunday afternoon
