New York, NY A new type of fire truck may soon be traversing New York’s streets and roads, and it made its New York debut earlier today in Queens.
The world’s very first electric-powered, emission-free fire truck has already been purchased by the city of Los Angeles, becoming the first North American city to deploy it. And the manufacturer, Rosenbauer America, was making its pitch to New York City officials with the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability.
The company is the North American arm of the Austrian-based manufacturer, Rosenbauer, which has a proud, 150-year history of manufacturing experience, and is the world’s largest manufacturer of fire equipment with eleven manufacturing locations worldwide.

The New York Times was one of several prominent news outlets that corrected their bombshell reporting on former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani supposedly being briefed by the FBI that he was a target of a Kremlin disinformation campaign, and faced calls to burn their anonymous sources.
New York federal agents raided Giuliani s Lenox Hill apartment last week, seizing numerous electronic devices in fulfillment of a search warrant.
The raid came as the feds have been investigating whether he violated the law by lobbying the Trump administration on behalf of Ukrainian officials in 2019.
RICHMOND â Park at the school. Stroll across the field and up the hill and walk into a new Town Hall and library.
Your feet will be on grass, not flooring, but itâs a creative chance to visualize the possibilities. Precise mowing and red-tagged stakes outline the shape of a new town building that would replace a cramped, rented library building and a decrepit Town Hall.
Richmond voters who take this walk will be on the knoll of land Richmond voters bought decades ago, taking advantage of its availability in case the town would need a new Town Hall. Someday. And now, someday has arrived.
