Show Transcript FACING CHARGES FOLLOWING T DEATH OF A THREE-YEAR-OLD BOY IN JEFFERSONTOWN. KEITH KENNEDY-MCLEOD IS CURRENTLY CHARGED WITH ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL ABUSE. THE 3-YEAR-OLD VICTIM WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL NOVEMBER 23, WITH THIRD DEGREE BURNS FROM A BATHTUB. DOCTORS THEN DISCOVERED HEAD TRAUMA AND OTHER INJURIES. FOLLOWING SURGERY, THE BOY WAS PLACED ON LIFE SUPPORT, AND HAS SINCE DIED. POLICE SAY KENNEDY-MCLEOD WAS THE BOYFRIEND OF THE VICTIM’S MOTHER. BOND WAS SET AT $100,000
