Winchester Crown Court A LORRY driver has denied causing a collision which killed a motorcyclist on the A32. Jack Burgess, 22, was involved in a crash with three other vehicles on June 29, 2019, at Warnford. He died in hospital the next day. On January 6 Lucian-Sorin Todor appeared at Winchester Crown Court where he pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving. The court was told that the 51-year-old was driving a Scania articulated lorry when the collision occurred on the A32 close to the junction with Hayden Lane. Todor, of Andrew Crescent, Waterlooville, will go on trial at the same court on June 1, this year.
