The Drinks Trustâs networking platform, The Drinks Community, has gone live, with over 700 UK drinks professionals having already signed up as members.
Having been beta tested for a month, the new platform is dedicated to creating connections and opportunities for drinks professionals in the UK.
The platform is a space where members of the industry can share knowledge on work and wellbeing and raise sector-specific questions. The Drinks Trust is hoping act as a bridge between disciplines, specialisms and product channels.
It is also a space for drinks professionals to support one another at a time when connection will be key to the recovery of the industry as lockdown restrictions are lifted.

Indiaâs only Master of Wine, Sonal Holland, has selected the wines for the UKâs first Indian wine specialist â Wines in India â to help bring the nationâs best wines to Britain.
Focused entirely on Indian wines, the portfolio currently comprises six producers, the majority of which are based in Nashik, north east of Mumbai.
Wines in Indiaâs mission is to dispel any misconceptions the trade and consumer may have about Indian wines by ensuring the focus is on top-end offerings. The potential demand for Indian wine in the UK is strong, with the country boasting over 17,000 Indian restaurants, very few of which list Indian wines.
