Weber County s Leann Kilts named recorder of the year
Weber County Recorder, Leann Kilts, has been named Recorder of Year by the Utah Association of Counties, an organization consisting of most of Utah’s 29 counties, which aims to provide services to elected county officials in their effort to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Utah’s county governments.
