LISBON Clinton M. Hodge, 31, Allen Avenue, Columbiana, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony; OVI and driving under suspension for his actions behind the wheel on June 5. Sentencing is scheduled for June 14, when Hodge faces up to four years in prison, a lifetime license suspension and $12,075 in fines.
Daniel Lee Wilcox, 24, Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to failure to fulfill violent offender database duties, a fifth-degree felony. Wilcox requested immediate sentencing and was placed on three-years community control. As an out-of-state offender of a violent crime, Wilcox is required to notify the sheriff of his address.
