Health district reports 345 COVID cases over three days, one new outbreak

COVID-19 cases continued to rise throughout Virginia and the Lord Fairfax Health District over the last three days. The Lord Fairfax Health District, which consists of Frederick County,  Winchester, Shenandoah County, Warren County, Page County and Clarke County, added 345 COVID cases over the last three days. On Sunday, the health district also added an outbreak in a healthcare setting. There were 112 new cases in the Health District on Sunday with 118 on Saturday and 115 on Friday. Frederick County added 107 cases over the last three days with 31 on Sunday, 42 on Saturday and 34 on Friday. There were also three new hospitalizations. Shenandoah County had 56 cases for the last three days with nine on Sunday, 30 on Saturday and 17 on Friday. There was also one new hospitalization.
