The unification minister Lee In-young said Friday Seoul has already prepared measures for talks without fears over the virus.
He noted that Seoul will consult with the North on settling inter-Korean talks and continue to work so that Seoul-Pyeongyang dialogue can happen at any time.
In fact, South Korea suggested the online meeting idea to North Korea on Thursday, which Pyeongyang has recognized.
