In doing so, Regional Home Care Inc., which provides equipment to treat sleep apnea, oxygen deficiency, and other respiratory conditions, became by far the most prolific filer of such cases in that Central Massachusetts court. Last year, the deluge of cases caught the attention of Attorney General Maura Healey’s office, which ordered RHC to refrain from making any new filings while it investigated the company for possible violation of consumer protection laws.

Altogether there are four nominees waiting to be approved for the lifetime positions in Massachusetts courthouses.

Baker tapped Hingham District Court Assistant Clerk Magistrate Paul Fullam for promotion to Hingham clerk magistrate, and Worcester Superior Court Assistant Clerk Magistrate Courtney Price for clerk magistrate of the Leominster District Court. Fullam took his current job in 2013 after six years as assistant clerk magistrate in the Dorchester and Roxbury divisions of the Boston Municipal Court. He was a probation officer in the Dorchester Division from 2000 to 2007 and a Suffolk County correction officer in the 1990s.

Matthew M. Heinecke, 41, of 1052 Mount Elam Road, Leominster, was charged Feb. 24 with trafficking in 36-100 grams of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, trafficking in 50-100 pounds of marijuana, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class C drug with intent to distribute, and possession of a Class C drug. Heinecke will be back in Leominster District Court March 25 for a pretrial conference, according to Timothy Connolly, a spokesperson for Worcester District Attorney Joseph Early Jr.
