A little bra-shoot, a little gagootz Did Fast Eddie Canlon get a raw deal on Food Network s reality TV?

A little ‘bra-shoot,’ a little ‘gagootz’ . . . Did Fast Eddie Canlon get a raw deal on Food Network’s reality TV? Updated Feb 04, 2021; Facebook Share STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Indeed, that was Staten Island’s very own Ed Canlon in the previews of new Food Network showdown, “Kitchen Crash.” And when the episode finally aired Wednesday night, the Oakwood restaurant owner and Chopped! champ did not disappoint although the outcome of the broadcast certainly did, based on reactions from Staten Islanders who tuned in. Not only does this allow them to continue to spew hateful rhetoric, but it also provides them a powerful vessel to induct y

Depot Park introduces West African dance classes A dance teacher helps unite Gainesville community through outdoor dance classes January 27, 2021 | 6:45am EST Barakissa Couliaby, 42, professional dancer, performs a West African dance routine at the Asheville Percussion Festival in North Carolina on July 1, 2017. Drums beat and dancers energetically jump  in the warm Gainesville air at Depot Park.  The lush, green trees and grass of Gainesville remind Barakissa Couliaby, a 42-year-old professional West African dancer and instructor of the West African outdoor class, of her home tropical country of Côte d’Ivoire, which is also known as Ivory Coast. Couliaby taught her first outdoor West African dance class at Depot Park on Dec. 6 and held a second class Jan. 17. The next class will not take place until Feb. 21, and Couliaby is still working on figuring out a regular schedule.
