Newburgh police arrested 19-year-old Anthony Pennachio, a student at Mount St. Mary College, on first-degree rape charges. He is out on bail and has pleaded not guilty. Detectives say they believe Pennachio may have sexually assaulted other victims on campus, according to the report. Incoming freshman Lea Kane says that makes her concerned for her safety. I think it can be scary. It can happen to anybody, she said.
