Kim Young Dae will be joining WEi’s Kim Yo Han in KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “School 2021” with a leading role!
Kim Yo Han is confirmed to play the male lead Gong Ki Joon (formerly named Do Bin), a hardworking student who takes on work and school at the same time and achieves his dream job after learning about love and friendship. Cho Yi Hyun is in talks to play the female lead opposite Kim Yo Han.
Kim Young Dae has been confirmed to star as Jung Young Joo, a transfer student with a hidden story and a past connection to Gong Ki Joon (Kim Yo Han). Regarding his casting, Kim Young Dae shared, “I’m grateful, and it’s wonderful that I got to star in the ‘School’ series. I’ll do my best so that all the viewers can enjoy watching the traditional ‘School’ series.” He added, “Young Joo from ‘School 2021’ has a backstory and a pitiable side, so my heart went out to him.
