Fire in city’s Satarkul area doused 241 DHAKA, Feb 19, 2021 (BSS) – Fire that broke out at a saw mill at Satarkul area of Uttar Badda in the city at 11:55 pm yesterday, was doused in the early hours of today. Fire service headquarters duty officer Lima Khanam told BSS that the fire at the mill was brought under control at around 1 am today with the help of four units of fire-fighters from Baridhara and Tejgaon areas. Being informed, they rushed to the spot and doused the flame, she said. She added that it was initially assumed that the fire had originated from an electric short circuit.
