The result was determined by a mixture of jury and public votes, unlike the earlier rounds which were determined by public vote only. The jury consisted of eight international panels representing Albania, Cyprus, France, Great Britain, Iceland, Israel, The Netherlands and Switzerland. After the jury votes were announced, Tusse was in the lead by 10 points over Eric Saade and Dotter. He also won the televote over The Mamas and Clara Klingenström. Ultimately he won on 175 points over Eric Saade on 118 and The Mamas on 106.
