Gil Rebollar Appointed as the County of Imperial s Public Information Officer Published: 15 April 2021
El Centro, California - The County of Imperial is proud to announce the appointment of Gil Rebollar as Imperial County Public Information Officer (PIO) to replace former PIO, Linsey Dale, who now serves as the Imperial County Registrar of Voters. Mr. Rebollar’s appointment as PIO will begin effective immediately.
Chairman of the Board and District 3 Supervisor, Michael W. Kelley, stated, “Mr. Rebollar has proven his dedication and commitment to our county throughout his career. The Board and I believe that his skillset and knowledge of traditional and new media, as well as a deep understanding of the core mission and values of our organization, will be to the benefit of the County, our departments, and the people we represent.”
Linsey Dale named new Registrar of Voters for Imperial County
IMPERIAL COUNTY, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - A new Registrar of Voters has been appointed for the Imperial County.
This morning, the Imperial County Executive Officer, Tony Rouhotas Jr., named Linsey Dale as the new Registrar of Voters/Elections Manager. Dale replaces Debra Porter, who retired from the position in December 2020.
“I know that Mrs. Dale will be bring her positive energy to a very complex and busy office,” said Rouhotas. “Mrs. Dale has proven herself throughout our current pandemic to be a person that can maintain clear vision and direction while working under pressure. Her combination of talent and thinking outside of the box will transition well into this office setting and prepare us for more successes in the future.”
IMPERIAL â Both the Imperial Irrigation District and the County of Imperial say the hundreds of employees who are working from home because of COVID-19 are having no impacts on productivity.
âAlthough productivity is important, the health and safety of our employees and our community is our priority,â said County Public Information Officer Linsey Dale. âEmployees working from home have been given the necessary resources to ensure they are able to complete their tasks, as they would be able to in the office.â
She said, so far, the county has not seen a loss of productivity by employees working from home.
