The members of the Center for Citizenship and Social Responsibility (CCSR) organization in Medford have been actively engaged in their communities for the past few months. Since 2016, the students of the CCSR have been taking action to improve the world around them. Our members are deeply committed to our mission statement which is “to make the world a better place, one student at a time.” We are beyond grateful for the financial help from the Krystle Campbell Community Betterment Project, the Cummings Foundation and the Bloomberg Foundation. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the physical and mental health of so many. Nevertheless, our student leaders and advisors have adapted to the new conditions in order to improve the world around us.
