Fitness enthusiasts work out and raise money in Willow benefit

(WHEC) The local fight against domestic violence worked up a sweat as hundreds worked out and danced up a storm at The Final Sweat benefit in Rochester s MLK, Jr. Memorial Park.  The all-day event was the final day of the week-long SweatFest and raised money this year to benefit the Willow Domestic Violence Center.  We just want people in the community to know that Willow is here for them, that if they re experiencing violence in their home or any of their relationships, that they re not alone and they don t have to be alone. We re available 24 hours-a-day so that nobody has to be alone, said Lisa Nolan, Director of Prevention Education at Willow Domestic Violence Center.
