Social gatherings in the United Kingdom have been banned and anyone caught breaching regulations faces hefty fines.
Two iTaukei medical professionals at Oxford University Hospital – nurse Mereani Bulanauca and lab technician Vasiti Matewale – shared this as they urged Fijians to comply with movement restrictions.
The duo, who are originally from Lau, were part of a panel of medical professionals invited to share experiences during a virtual COVID-19 discussion on the Bula ko Lau Facebook page.
