Old Dominion University announced it has frozen tuition and mandatory fees for the 2021-2022 school year for all of its students. It’s the second year in row that tuition has been fixed, and the third consecutive year without an increase for all in-state undergraduates. “It’s also the first time in decades, perhaps ever, that the University has held the line on tuition and all mandatory fees for all students,” Old Dominion University public relations specialist Joe Garvey wrote in an email.
