Starting today, neighbors in Pembroke can nourish their families at their new local Food Lion located at 540 Bacon St.
The new store will have approximately 75 associates and serve customers daily from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Food Lion recently completed the acquisition of this location, which was formerly a Harvey s Supermarket, after announcing its plans last year to acquire 62 BI-LO/Harvey s Supermarkets across the Carolinas and Georgia. Threats to a school: The times we live in. An Ellabell woman reported Jan. 21 she got a text from a friend of her son who told her he got a text from another person’s phone which read: “I’m going to legit cover myself in sharpie with all the full names of my friends and go shoot up a school and end it with a high speed chase wrapping my truck at 100 mph hoping I’ll go splat.”
