AN Easter Ross head teacher has appealed to parents of children now back at school to ensure they drop and go so as to abide by coronavirus guidelines.
This week saw the return to the classrooms of P1 to P3 pupils and nursery youngsters across the Highlands.
This was in line was a planned easing of restrictions to allow pupils to get back into schools as part of a phased return set out by the Scottish Government.
