Water skier loses consciousness in Cass County incident
Deputies and responders arrived on scene and learned a Chaska man was being pulled by a boat while water skiing over the wake of the boat when he lost control and fell into the water, striking his head and losing consciousness, the sheriff’s office reported.

REMER A 24-year-old water skier was injured Friday, June 11, after falling into the water, striking his head and losing consciousness on Long Lake in Cass County.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office was called at 9:15 a.m. to a report of an injured water skier on Long Lake in Inguadona Township, rural Remer. Deputies and responders arrived on scene and learned a Chaska man was being pulled by a boat while water skiing over the wake of the boat. The man lost control and fell into the water, striking his head and losing consciousness, the sheriff’s office reported.
