Oak Forest Police said three teenagers were robbed by a group of men at gunpoint as they were walking to a friend’s home on Mooring LaneDec. 27. The victims two girls aged 14 and 15 plus a male friend whose age was not listed said a group of 4 to 6 men jumped out of a black SUV and approached them carrying handguns shortly before 8 p.m. The teens told police the men demanded they give them their phones and passcodes as well as a pair of earbuds and miscellaneous cash they were carrying.
