The Fourth of July falls on a Sunday this year. That means the Independence Day holiday will be observed by some places on Monday, July 5.
Places such as banks, post offices and government offices are always closed on Sundays.

(Susquehanna Twp., PA) State troopers say they found 25 bricks of what they believe is heroin during a traffic stop on I-81 last month. Troopers say Altamir Baldwin of New Jersey was found with the drugs in the vehicle along with eight grams of suspected fentanyl May 27th. The 28-year-old was taken into custody and transported to Dauphin County Booking Center.

(Susquehanna Twp., PA) Regal Cinemas is again welcoming movie-goers as they’ve reopened their Susquehanna Township and West Manchester theaters. Locations in Lancaster and at the Lebanon Valley Mall will start showing films later this month. Officials say masks will be required except while eating and drinking.
