The Dixie Fire continues to burn in Plumas and Butte counties, and areas of Lassen and Tehama counties. The fire was sparked around 5:15 p.m. July 13 in the Lassen National Forest. A number of residents in Butte, Plumas and Tehama counties are under evacuation orders and warnings. The blaze has closed parts of Lassen National Forest and Plumas National Forest, and knocked out power in parts of Lassen County.
