Better burger group Byron is back on the expansion trail after a five-year hiatus with the opening of a new restaurant in the capital.
The new restaurant will open in the London Designer Outlet in Wembley on 27 May as part of the company’s re-growth plan.
The restaurant group has also created a ‘Freedom Burger’ to welcome back the public back to its restaurants – made with Monterey Jack cheese, Byron’s new special slaw, pickles, horseradish mayo and crispy onions.
“We’ve got a lot to celebrate at Byron this month. Not only are we marking the return of indoor dining with the limited-edition Freedom Burger, but we’re re-opening the doors of our central London restaurants in Covent Garden and Central St Giles, as well as opening the first brand-new Byron restaurant for five years in Wembley,” says CEO Simon Wilkinson.
