London Square Partners has announced it will act as main contractor on a £300m project to build 457 apartments in east London
The developer will use its own contracting arm for the Vulcan Wharf scheme it is taking forward with housing association Peabody close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
As well as the homes, 35 per cent of which will be affordable, the development will include more than 9,000 square metres of commercial space at ground and first-floor levels.
A 4,000 square metre podium will provide outdoor space for residents while cycle and walking routes will also be created in the riverside location.
