Nepali boy dies of COVID in Leh, 88 +ve in J&K

JAMMU/SRINAGAR/ LEH, July 24: A 14-year-old boy died of COVID-19 and five persons tested positive in the Union Territory of Ladakh while Jammu and Kashmir didn’t report any fatality but 88 new cases today.
A 14-year-old Nepali youth, who had sustained head injuries in an accident in Leh on July 21, succumbed to injuries and COVID-19 in Leh hospital today.
With this, Corona toll in Ladakh has gone up to 207 149 in Leh and 58 in Kargil.
All five fresh COVID positives cases in Ladakh were reported from Leh.

JAMMU/SRINAGAR/LEH, July 7: Four persons died of COVID-19 and 280 tested positive in Jammu and Kashmir today.
Three Corona casualties, one of them a doctor, and 131 cases were reported in the Jammu region.
Of three deaths in the region, two occurred in Rajouri district and one in Jammu.
A 72-year-old doctor hailing from Janipura Jammu died of co-morbidities and virus in the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu today.
A 70-year-old man from village Dassal in Rajouri district succumbed to the virus in Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri. A 56-year-old woman from Kheora Rajouri breathed her last due to Coronavirus in the same hospital. She had no other ailments.
