Prasad and India’s fielding coach R Sridhar said India’s bowling coach Bharat Arun deserves all the credit for Siraj’s success. “Arun fine-tuned him. He worked on him hard and all credit to him for Siraj’s success. Siraj was under the right coach and that helped him,” said Prasad, who had picked Siraj for Hyderabad’s U-23 team.
“A lot of credit has to go Arun - right from the time he was the head coach for the Hyderabad team. Yes, he was picked up by others but was placed in Arun’s hand, who cut and polished the raw diamond to get to the consistent levels he showed at Gabba by getting five Australian wickets,” Sridhar said.
Brisbane [Australia], January 23 (ANI): Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has said that the Australian tactics during the Sydney Test seemed like they were not able to realise what the bowling all-rounder and Hanuma Vihari were trying to do in that match.
Batting out 258 balls with a fierce home team throwing everything it had up its sleeves is no mean feat. But the Indian duo of Vihari and Ashwin stood ground and managed to do just that as they eked out a draw in what was nothing short of an action-packed fifth day in the third Test between India and Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

London:
Virat Kohli is working hard on his own batting more than any other in the current Indian team.
He has encountered technical problems outside the off- stump and perhaps that s one of the reasons he opted for throwdowns against red duke ball, an effort to counter swing.
