DETROIT – Police are seeking the public’s help in locating missing 13-year-old Abigail Ashaolu.
According to authorities, Abigail was last seen at about 11:30 p.m. Friday at her home located near the intersection of Roselawn and MacKenzie streets. Police said she left the house without permission and has not returned home.

YOUNGSTOWN A Lake Milton man has sued an Akron woman and man alleging that on July 2, 2019, the woman failed to operate a personal watercraft on Lake Milton in a safe and reasonable manner, crashing into his personal watercraft.
Francis D. Martauz of Roselawn Street filed the suit in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. It names as defendants Pamela M. and Karl L. Fickey of Akron and Allstate Insurance Co.
The suit alleges that Martauz suffered permanent personal injuries, was required to seek medical care, suffered great pain of mind and body, incurred financial obligations, economic loss, property damage, lost wages and other injury, damage and loss.
Couple was once honored by governor for volunteerism

LAKE MILTON The Mahoning County Coroner’s Office has identified the couple who died in an early Saturday house fire on Roselawn Street as Kaye, 85, and Murle McLaughlin, 94.
Autopsies will be performed at the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s office. The fire remains under investigation by the Milton Township Fire Department and coroner’s office.
Crews found the single story home engulfed in flames when they arrived. The fire was reported at 3:25 a.m.
Flames were coming from three sides of the house and the roof, Milton Township fire Chief Harold Maynard said.
