The Yaumuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), which finds itself piloting a string of high-profile infrastructure projects, is looking at pod taxis as a financially viable urban transport medium in the long term to cater to the area in the vicinity of the upcoming Noida International Airport.
YEIDA on Tuesday examined a detailed project report on personal rapid transit transport (PRT) systems prepared by Indian Port Rail and Ropeway Corporation Limited.
