With many baby and toddler classes returning to face to face sessions this week, as the summer school term gets underway, one Warrington teacher is keen to welcome back parents and carers as well as their tiny tots. Young children have missed out on social interactions during the pandemic not only with friends and family but also with other youngsters, with most classes moving online for a virtual experience. Face to face classes are not only essential for developing children’s social skills and providing a solid base for learning, they are also an opportunity for parents and carers to meet people who also have a young family, and many have missed out on forming these friendships during the local and national lockdowns.
