The Oscar-nominated actor and producer wasn’t the one who broke the news, though. During a visit to
Ellen, where good friend and comedian Wanda Sykes was guest hosting, she revealed the matrimonial info. When the interview began, Wanda told Don she owed him an apology because when he told her that he and Bridgid tied the knot early this year, she didn’t have the reaction he was expecting.
“You text me at the top of the year I guess and you told me that you just got married and I was like, ‘Aw damn! The pandemic done got to Don and Bridgid,” she joked. “I was like, ‘what the hell happened man?’ I think I just text something back like ‘Hey if you’re happy, I’m happy for you. ”
