The release said WPC Patrice Clarke was at the home of the victim on September 3 when she got into an argument with him. The man told police he left the house to defuse the situation, but was assaulted by Clarke when he returned home later that day. Clarke allegedly slammed a door against the man s hand and beat him across the back with a chair.
