Mountain Scene-Highlanders Ball Kid Competition.
Lachlan, 7, will carry the match ball to the middle of Sir John Davies Oval for this Sundayâs Super Rugby match between the Highlanders and the Melbourne Rebels, kicking off at 2.35pm.
Heâll then sit on the Highlandersâ bench with his dad, Gareth, during the game, and take the match ball home afterwards.
Although doubts have been cast on whether the game will go ahead â after a Covid-19 outbreak in Melbourne â Highlanders boss Roger Clarkâs confident itâll happen.
