Following a 1-year hiatus of not offering an in-person list of events due to last summer s COVID pandemic, the 2021 Randolph County Fair returns to its regular routine of activities this week at the Riley Pavilion area of Moberly s Rothwell Park.
Monday evening was Achievement Night for each of the county s 4-H clubs as well as the fair s 4-H King & Queen competitions. While the bulk of activities occur July 12-17, the county fair will offer a horse show 5 p.m. Saturday, July 24 at the park s rodeo arena and a tractor show is scheduled for Sept. 18 at the parking lots of both the Riley Pavilion and The Lodge building.

Moberly s 2nd COVID vaccine clinic rescheduled for Feb. 24

Randolph County Health Department will orchestrate the administering of the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at its drive-thru clinic rescheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 24 reported RCHD Deputy Administrator Craig Parsons on Friday.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. in the parking lots of The Lodge and Riley Pavilion in Moberly s Rothwell Park, and motorists are to follow the same procedures to the park location as what was performed at the first clinic held Jan. 29.
The second dose of the Pfizer vaccine is for only the 2,175 persons that received their first dose at the previous Moberly clinic.
