Missoula County Sheriff s Office spokeswoman says that deputies, following information provided by a local resident, located the third and final felony theft suspect, Jordan Randal Christensen, at approximately 3:30 p.m. Christensen was found on an island in the Clark Fork River near the former Smurfit Stone mill in Frenchtown and was taken into custody without incident. MCSO Searches for Armed and Dangerous Fugitive near Frenchtown UPDATE -8:30 p.m. The Missoula County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a felony theft subject who is considered to be armed and dangerous. Public Information Officer Jeanette Smith said late Wednesday night that Jordan Randal Christensen is at large and the search is underway on both sides of the Clark Fork River in the vicinity of the old Frenchtown Pulp Mill in Frenchtown. Christensen described as being six feet tall and weighing 195 pounds with brown eyes and black hair and is believed to be wearing dark clothing. The Sherriff’s office is urging residents in the area to ensure that their homes are well lit and secure, including locking all automobiles.

Jordan Randal Christensen – who is considered armed and dangerous – is described as being 6’ tall, weighing 195 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen in dark-colored clothing. Missoula County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Jeannette Smith noted on Thursday morning that anyone who sees Christensen should not approach him and call 9-1-1 immediately. The incident began when Smith says deputies responded to a call of attempted felony theft of a trailer near Grove Street at approximately 2 p.m. on Wednesday. The reporting citizen startled the suspects who then fled the scene.
