The families of three victims of the 2012 Baldia factory fire have filed a suit against the factory owners seeking compensation of Rs14.6 million.
The application has been filed by Amna, Rehmat Ali, Ghulam Sarwar in a District West sessions court.

They also allegedly broke the watercourse of an agriculturist in the village.
As reads the first information report got registered by Muhammad Ashiq last week, Abu Nasar, Abdullah, Usman, Zulifqar, Zaheer and Shajr along with six other unidentified people rushed to the fields of the complainant in village and irrigated their fields with the canal water of the complainant and later damaged the watercourse.
They also threatened him with dire consequences if intervened.
The Chuchak police registered a case under different sections of the Pakistan Penal Code and the Canal and Drainage Act.
