Bulandshahr: The law and order situation seems to have collapsed in Uttar Pradesh with no safety for women and girl children. In yet another shocking incident, a 70-year-old woman was raped allegedly by a youth.
The incident took place in a village under Arnia police station limits in Bulandshahr district. The accused fled from the spot after the elderly woman raised an alarm.
