Sky Gregory Henry, 40, pleaded guilty in a Townsville court after failing to submit his tax return for nine years from the year ending June 30, 2010 to June 30, 2018. The Mackay man owed more than $24,000 to the Australian Taxation Office. The court was told Henry, who is a father of two, was going through personal difficulties and his tax return was a low priority . The court heard Henry was given his final notice in October 2019, with the requirement to lodge before December 2019.
